The Digital Account Manager will manage the multiple relationships across key accounts and be responsible for bringing in new business from our existing and new customers.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be at the heart of our business influencing the delivery of innovative digital solutions to our clients. You will cover all stages of sales, service, and relationship cycle.

  • Manage key accounts

  • Delivery and analysis of weekly performance reports with exceptional detail
  • Analyse campaign results and help translate information into strategies

  • Manage contractual arrangements with clients

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Digital Account Management with a commercial focus
  • Demonstrated increased revenue across a portfolio of clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to converse with clients/agencies to address client and sales needs in an expedient and courteous manner
  • Ability to handle heavy workloads, mediating many demands and requests with strong internal problem solving drive
  • Smart and quick proactive learner with organisational agility and strong attention to detail
  • Effective team player

DIGITAL OPERATIONS TRAINEE EXECUTIVE

The Digital Operations Trainee Executive will learn and develop the responsibilities for managing the operations and trafficking of digital campaigns including real time biddable (RTB) media.
Reporting to the Digital Operations Manager, you will become accountable for end to end campaign operations and technical implementation including tag management, tracking architecture.

  • Ensuring delivery on performance targets for clients
  • Delivery and analysis of weekly performance reports
  • Analyse publisher/campaign results and help translate information into observations/lessons learned
  • Develop publisher/campaign analysis, and provide client with strategic recommendations
  • Analyse engagement metrics to optimise publisher/campaign performance
  • Create a measurement framework for set KPIs
